Adjust the starting pre-stretch range of motion by raising or lowering the seat position. Grasp the red adjustment bar located at the seat base. In the seated position adjust the pad down to your upper thigh by grasping the red knob. Position your hands in the desired location for pressing downward. Initiate the movement by extending your elbows in a slow controlled motion.
