The Stroops Thigh Blaster was designed to engage the lower body muscles, hip flexors, quadriceps, and abdominals in fun yet challenging workouts. Two Slastix attach to an anchor (another person or stationary object) on one end and two thigh blaster straps, which are fastened just above the knee on the other. As an athlete elevates the knee, the resistance forces the hip flexors, quadriceps, and abdominals to engage. With the Thigh Blaster, athletes can train in place by anchoring the Slastix to a fixed object, or they can train in motion (on a field or court) by having the training partner hold the anchor and jog behind the athlete, which creates resistance while he or she backpedals or performs sprints or footwork drills such as the grapevine weave.
Includes two thigh straps, two 4-foot Slastix (available in medium, heavy or very heavy resistance), and one anchor.
