CrossCore, Inc. Cancellation an Refund Policy
Cancellation and Refund Policy: RBT™ Course registration fees are non-refundable. Should CrossCore, Inc. cancel the RBT™ Course, for any reason, RBT™ Course Registrants will receive a complete refund. Requests to change registration from one course to another must be made to CrossCore by email at info@beyondthebasicsfitness.com at least 14 days before the RBT™ Course date. Requests made less than 14 days before the RBT™ Course date are subject to a $100.00 rescheduling fee. Registrants may transfer their course registration to another person for a $50.00 fee.
All Registrants must successfully complete the course in order to receive a RBT™ Course Certificate of Completion and Continuing Education Credits / Units. Any registrant missing 60 minutes or more of the RBT™ Course will be ineligible to receive a Certificate of Completion and Continuing Education Credits / Units. No refunds or credits, whether partial or whole, will be provided to any such registrant.
